Precision landing system for unmanned aerial vehicles and utilization thereof

We were exploring all sorts of ways people could control drones ‘they just met’. This particular idea was novel enough; the drone drops a control interface to the people on the ground. Prototype didn’t have the parachute and sorta felt like that high school engineering egg drop project. I think it was Hurricane season. Full patent here.
